I made this last night and it was delicious. I used the celery leaves and I didn't have tomato soup, but I had the little cans of tomato sauce and I grated a regular onion since I didn't have green onions.
My sister-in-law always made porcupine mini meatloaves. They were similar but I believe she made more of a mushroom cream sauce over them. Looks good!

I'm so glad you shared this recipe. About 15 yrs ago a friend made these meatballs for us and they were delicious. He was 1 of 15 children and his mom was always looking for a way to stretch the food on the table. 😊❤

I cook my porcupine meatballs in water, two cups of boiling water for an hour covering low. add tomato soup or tomato sauce
