How teacher write students name in attendance register ? From office they get to know about students name and spelling ? What if teacher write one student spelling wrong in attendance

Teachers will get the list of all the students' names from the office to note down in register that list will have their parents names and phone numbers etc.and teachers must ensure the correct spelling while noting down in register if by mistake he or she notes wrong spelling that should be corrected. And main thing is TC, if spelling on register and marksheet is wrong yet on tc it will be corrected which should be same as on students' aadhar or given documents ./or previous school TC.
