    Yes absolutely. They are great for fuel but less micronutrients than some of the other carbs I suggested

    I love rice but am cutting weight. If I am hitting my calorie goals is rice a feasible carbohydrate for my daily diet?

      @@NattyNarwhaalthis is great, thank you. Yea Rice is my favorite carb, but those Uncle Ben's packs are 320-400 calories so I just gotta plan accordingly

    One carbohydrate for quick digestion is honey for post workout
