9:54 Uhh, you made a mistake yourself, considering the fact that the Turner Conversion was made by an American man, and to be more specific, it only was tested by the Canadian Army, and was deemed to complicated, despite it outperforming the garand.

Just did a couple of google searches, and the 50 round lanchester mag which would have worked fine in a sten. Now I have some mixed opinions, but mp40 mags work in stens(this was a specific design choice), so I would assume sten mags also work in mp40s. Furthermore, the mag used by the mp28 is the same mag that went on to be used in the mp40, so theoretically, it seems like it could work. Work well? Probably not. And obviously this would be an incredibly unrealistic occurrence.

    @amuplay2302 Год назад +1

EA should've made the M1928 have an option to increase firerate by making it an M1A1 Thompson and the drum magazines only for the M1928's. Like the Weapon Specializations having two different paths, one going for more of a street sweeper or Chicago typewriter and the other one for an M1A1 Thompson. Maybe the M1928 side could have the second one being a 50 round drum and the third one be a 100 round drum, or maybe the iconic foregrip and make hipfire more stable or something. There was so much more they could do with the game like for example a Soviet faction

Since we are so nitpicky here I feel like some things were missing or wrong: The MP34 should have the ability to top up it's mags via stripper clip or individual rounds.
The Garands spring isn't strong enough to eject a full clip unless it has 3 or less rounds inside. The M7 launcher lacks it's sight. The M7 can't be fired with live rounds, for this special red tipped blanks are used (only for the inprovised launcher with the adapter for a MK2 grenade not the one with an actual rifle grenade, on that it's black ones or a dark shade of purple I believe. It's different because they wouldn't fly straight if fired with the wrong blanks) New Garands don't need to be assisted in chambering a round, on older ones like collecibles of today that's sometimes the case.
The Model 37 can't be loaded with the +1 feature despite having the space for it in the tube, since one has been chambered and only 4 are in the tube despite the max capacity being 5 in the tube (correct me tho not sure on this)
The Sjörgen shouldn't cycle correctly when fired from the hip. Since it's a recoil operrated gun with reciprocating receiver the whole thing goes back and needs to be stopped by the operators shoulder (or you hold it against your hip or stomach wich I wouldn't recommend) This gun is super interesting but also unreliable if not oiled correctly. It's a also a gun made for sport shooting and therefore shouldn't really be found in a war outside of partisan usage.
The P08 carbine in this game is not the Lange Pistole 08 nor the Artillerie Luger, it is a sport shooting carbine made during Weimar.
All weapons not made by Germany should have the (_) and the designated number when used by the Wehrmacht. Like MP34 (ö) for Österreich (Austria) or MP383 (T) for Tschechoslowakei (Czechoslovakia).
The selector switches on all guns are not animated.
The Gustolff Werke Volksgewehr 5 is incorrectly called 1-5. This is a common sin and found anywhere. This is because people are copying the mistake made by the American officer who wrote the names down. There are the Volkssturmgewehre Volksgewehr 1,2,3,4 and 5. 1-5. The VG5 is the Gustolff Werke Volksgewehr 5. He just wrote it down as 1-5, either out if lazyness or not knowing better.
The MG42 and 34 when hipfired isn't held by the bipod as required by training and doctrine (retained from the MG34).
    The Chauchat cycles.
The ZH 29 was used in WW2 especially by the Chinese. A friend of my great grandpa describes a rifle very similar to the ZH 29 in his diary (was in one of the repair shops of the Waffenamt when he was back home due to being wounded in the leg(he began the training to become a gunsmith before the war started))
A lot of the guns were only used by police or were just prototypes (cool tho, -50 sins for all the cool inclusions)
The incorrect reticles on most all optics.
Nydar 47 is a shotgun hunting sight. Works in shadows and low light conditions (ingame) Don't know if this is possible with the engine tho and would hinder gameplay.
Spitfire and BF 109 sights in small.
The Panzerbüchse 39 was long absolete by the time this game takes place (Boys AT 2)
The label starker Feuerstrahl on the Panzerfaust is pointed in the opposite direction, in the direction of the warhead instead of backwards.
The Type 97 is meant to be used in tanks not with infantry. The difference in powder in the "infantry" and "vehicle" catridges would lead to a way too fast rof (similar to the early M16). Because of this they were used seperately (exept very late war as a last ditch maybe).
All MGs overheat way too fast (after 51 rounds) The amount of shots is irrelavant, the rate of succesion is the important factor.
On German machineguns it was mandate to pull back the charging handle before opening the topcover for a fear of cookoffs.
The M1919A6 does have a barrel changing feature I believe, you just need heavy gloves and tools because you pull out the barrel withouz having anything to grip onto.
This is of course all nitpicking, the game also has some really nice details (this comment is just getting way too long to list them) I have watched all the vids in this series and progressively added to this comment hope I didn't forget anything and sorry for the typos. Hope someone actually reads this and can hopefully correct me on mistakes I made.

There was a sin for the Tommy gun in MP(who tf even cares about campaign, lol).
The M1928A1 by default uses a stick magazine of 20-rounds. When performing an empty reload, the charging handle incorrectly locks back, an action which should happen only for the drum mag.
Also, the fact that the Gewehr 43 is missing the cleaning rod is pure bullshit, most soldiers actually removed the cleaning rod and place it in their backpack due to added weight for a semiauto rifle.
