Thank you for today's session of intermediate/slightly complex yogic practices. I had difficult doing the camel pose, but with practice will be able to improve. Is there any beginner posture for the same camel pose -please let us know. Also if possible share how to do kapaalbhati with ease. Looking forward to tomorrow's session.
