I have a story to share with you, that will have you entertained. I play American football, and when we get any press, a lot of reporters tend to say, _you know, this is no ballet, this is real tough_. It always bugs me, on account of ballerinas. That's not the story though. I have a friend who plays for the men's team. He has a cute nickname, let's say, it would come across the lines of Pumpkin. I thought it was because he's quite a cute guy too, and everyone and their grandma had a crush on him at least at some point in time. So, I asked him about it. He said no. That's what they call him, because he used to be a ballet dancer. Except, it was really tolling, and, after another injury, the doctor told him that he needs to find a hobby that's less damaging for his body, because he won't be able to keep it up - so he chose to switch to football. This story is all true.

When the "I volunteer" I litterally had goosebumps
'Literally had goosebumps'? Firstly you spelled it incorrectly but secondly literally had goosebumps? How could you figuratively have goosebumps? You either had goosebumps or you didn't. Moron.
@@markfox1545 two things.
Firstly, thank you for correcting me. I will keep my spell check in my mind the next time I post a comment on a video. 😄
And secondly, good to know it took you 9 months to come up with a good insult, peabrain. 😄
@@riddhimawkin4507 While "literally" is literally overused, I cannot believe anyone would get so worked up about it that they have to get mean and insulting about it. Good comeback!
Anyway totally agree with the goosebumps. As a guy I am not really supposed to like that kind of movie, but I loved the movies and the books. Some powerful scenes in both the books and the movies.
@@erikengheim1106 Hey, no one is judging you on your choice it's a great movie.
And thank you
@@markfox1545 Okay Mark
That last part was so sudden it made me laugh

I love Jennifer. She’s so real and brutally honest. So rare in this world.
Jennifer Lawrence is just the best
Parascheva Capatina yesss
Does it feel weird to know you're wrong? Or is this one of those things we just have to agree to disagree? Because she is terrible 😂
Iain Kerr what is your problem with her I just saw ur another hate comment about her wtf
WHAT A QUEEN
He's not a queen, he's a journalist and a pretty good one, fenks very much.
Both of them
Jen is actually a man. Do your research.

I love how professional and personable the interviewer is. His interviews with the Marvel cast are always great!
This was a masterclass on holding a great interview - from both perspectives. Engaging questions and topics, great (and funny) answers from Jennifer. They both seemed to mesh and enjoy the interview.
proof that this guy is class because YOU NEED TO BE A CLASS ACT TO KEEP JENNIFER AS CHILL AS THAT!!!
i really like the man who does these interviews, he's so funny and welcoming
"You are dancing at the ballet... And I'm thinking...
What?"
lol
The hunger games response was super cool and genuine. This was one of the best interviews of hers I've seen.
Jennifer is focusing on her inner Swanson "I've known him for years, we don't talk, best friend I've ever had"
DeepbloodEclipse Rooooooonnnnnnn Swaaaannnnsooooonn!
Guys she is wearing a time turner!
OH MY GOD SHE ISSSSSS. MY LIFEIS COMPLETE. KATNISS (J-Law)WHO LOVES HARRY POTTER
Pretty sure that's just a gold pendant...

When I didn't think I could love Jennifer Lawrence any more, she describes her hatred for swear jars by saying "fuck that" 😂 brilliant
She is so funny. It doesn't look like she even tries hard, she's just funny-smart. What a person. A skilled interviewer made all the difference.
He is the BEST interviewer at making celebs feel comfortable! I love these interviews
She makes the Hunger Games films entirely. She gives them such gravitas- she was perfect.
I love Jennifer, she seems so more normal than some of the other actors :)
She started out confrontational. You could see she sort of misjudged him at first and was kind of aggressive, but slowly eased into it as she realized he was a good interviewer.
My god she is so gorgeous I wish I looked half as good as her here
Yeah. I wish you looked half as good as her too.
Its just a mask, believe me you wish you wouldnt look like her when the masks fall....
For the Love Of Paint same tho

I really appreciate actors who still talk about their first big movies that they’re known for with genuine thankfulness and fondness. I know it might be a bit repetitive for them to continuously be asked about the same job when they’ve done much more recent things but it’s really nice to look back.
This is the kind of interview that I wanna watch THANK YOU
I love his accent. Very polite and gentleman. Great interview and a lot of information.
Interviewer "do you like it white"
Jennifer "I like it white"

Her performance on the Hunger Games is my absolute favorite out of her whole acting career.
The Hunger Games film adaptation was so good. It captured the exact feelings that the books wanted to portray instead of just literally turning chapters into scripts.
I wish After was the same :'(
Bea Savariz they need to make another film based of Suzanne Collins new book the ballad of songbirds and snakes. It’s the story of president snow being a mentoring the 10th hunger games

why the fuck hasn't Jen been put into a comedy movie yet, she's hilarious.

Why did Jennifer voice sounds so good to my ears? Love her accent and her voice was so clear as crystal.

This is one of the best interviews I watched. You know, everything's quiet, you can only hear their voices, and it's funny and very informative. Great interview.
THE FACT THAT IN THE BOOK ..KATNISS ACTUALLY WENT "DEAF" IN ONE EAR IS LIKE -
Jennifer is literally katniss ...the stubbornness , the impatience I-
It was the first book where she lost her hearing... but it was pretty ironic that she lost her actual hearing in the second movie 😅
Katniss is a fictional character, moron. No one can be literally her. If someone could be her then they would be her. No need for the word literally.

Omg I love that she credits dancers I am a dancer in ballet and do pointe and it really is so much hard work and not many people take notice of that and look down upon it when really professional dancers are some of the strongest women and men out there
IKR some of my friends make fun of me for doing ballet they think it’s boring and easy because they tried it when they were kids and didn’t like it. It really annoys me, they don’t understand or appreciate how difficult and gruelling it is.
Rosijosi So cool I tried ballet and I’m a boy and all the girls bullied me and made me quit
Dorito - what a great story!
Great interviewer, I must say. Well-researched, funny, and respectful. Seems like Jen was actually enjoying talking to him.
This was a good interview. She was actually answering the questions without cracking up, for the the most part. 😂
Yess love the interviewer! Finally someone who does their homework, no insincere fake laughters, giggling trying to hide fangirling, annoying hype for nothing. Straight to the point, confident, eloquent and smart questions! Love this guy!
I just love how genuine she is! Like, there’s nothing worse than an actor spewing generic/rehearsed responses to interview questions like “This was such a great role to just be apart of! The director was phenomenal and my costars were so great and we had so much fun just hanging out with after the cameras stopped rolling! Blah, blah, blah, blah-blah...”
