Bosses are just like a abusive parents. They can be emotionally and verbally abusive not even caring about how they're harsh words can effect they're employees' feelings. I can't even imagine if her boss was her parent and said all of those cruel things to her. Truly heart-breaking.

This really hits home for me I quit my job because my boss wouldn’t promote me no matter how hard I worked and never apperciated me… now I opened my own business and I’m slowly growing and doing pretty well for my self😊

Jenny still helps Wanda out even after the way Wanda treated her. Wanda swallows her pride and accepts Jenny's offer and apologizes and admits Jenny's cupcakes are pretty good. Jenny forgives her. Jenny appears to live by the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I think Wanda now knows that she should start living by it, too. And also to give people the credit they deserve.
Wow, that is truly incredible and inspiring. And Dhar has really shown me to never give up, always have hope, and be kind, nice and loyal to each other, no matter how you are. In my school I feel like I’m not good enough cause so many people bring down my confidence level a lot. So seeing Dhar and how far he has come since I started watching him about a year ago, is truly incredible and the video shows to follow your dreams. So glad you back Dhar and all the other helpers are well.

They first started working for you,and they learned from their work and took you as an inspiration until they're ready to make their own in a unique,special way. Respect is key to having a successful business because if you treat your employees and not only your customers with disrespect and not jus be safe when it comes to food, then not only will business become slow but your employees would want to quit working for you and your employees will not come back to shop for more of anything. They might end up giving bad reviews about their experiences and visits.

Respect is key to having a successful business because if you treat your employees and not only your customers with disrespect and not jus be safe when it comes to food, then not only will business become slow but your employees would want to quit working for you and your employees will not come back to shop for more of anything. They might end up giving bad reviews about their experiences and visits.
