Jenny appears to live by the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I think Wanda now knows that she should start living by it, too. And also to give people the credit they deserve.
Why is Carlos' character such a hypocrite here? He encouraged Jenny when she served the dry cake at the party, but laughed behind her back when he told her old boss about the new business.

Here is a little tip for those bosses and managers: "Don't be afraid to be outshined by an employee of yours" - Remember,they never got into where they are if it weren't for you. They first started working for you,and they learned from their work and took you as an inspiration until they're ready to make their own in a unique,special way. I know it's hard for you since it took you years to make your business where they're working at,while theirs is like a couple moments away into reaching that dream,and you're jealous about it...but be happy about it...if you didn't took them in,they wouldn't have reached their dreams,which makes you a part of their success...and that is something you should be proud of
