Lukaku would be a good shout, but very unlikely. My prefered manager to replace Pochettino is Simone Inzaghi at Inter Milan.

Madeuke is one of those players that when the game is over, it's over, win/lose/draw, good or bad personal or team performance. It's history, done and dusted. Simply not emotionally attached. He has invested enough yet or had to sacrifice alot to relish or soak in the moment.
No different than some players who are cool, calm, collective vs nervous, edgy or unsure before a big game. One player can sleep and eat comfortably before a big game. Wheras another is restless, barely eats or drinks, or gets a runny stomach or nothing stays down.
For Silva the last few years have been very trying. Time to think about the returns on future investment(s). Moreso to do with the squad, age & experience & soccer aptitude of the players, coach, ownership. He will be 41 or 42 yrs old before Chelsea is competing for top 4. That's alot of hearbreak in between. We choked in a final, semi final, struggling for top 6. Not what he envisioned.
