People from Madeira are very appreciative when others pay compliments to anything about Madeira. The views, the accomodation, the food, the people...everything! And when we appreciate you, we will still try to impress you further. Madeira always has something else to give you, no matter how many times you have visited. People from Madeira are very proud of their island, and want everyone to know about how good it is there! I have a suspicion you have already won the hearts of all 'Madeirenses'!
You guys are getting so good at editing it’s insane.... these videos have been feeling like such a vibe.... it physically relaxes me to watch them and I’m sure that’s your agenda! You guys should check into a wellness retreat/ spa getaway in Portugal. I’ve heard of many places that go for 600$ a week for accommodation and daily wellness rituals, a lot of Europeans travel to Portugal for these affordable retreats.
My family is from Madeira, i came across your vlogs of Madeira a few months ago. You guys are amazing! Your Portuguese is 100% !! Much success to you guys. Ate logo amigos!
Guys I really hope you reach 1 million followers or more soon.. This is amazing publicity to the island in terms of tourism. Most of us work for that sector and you are promoting a panoply of places to stay, activities to do, restaurants, local shops and that is amazing.. It's the best of two worlds you get amazing holidays almost 100% sponsored and we get free exposure to the world. How great is that? Thank you for another amazing video 😁 Good luck até Lego!
Thank you for your great video about our beautiful island. We live here since 2 years and we love our Island. Madeira, a beautiful island in the Atlantic. Eternal spring reigns here, there is clean drinking water, clean air, sunshine almost all year round, always very pleasant temperatures and almost no crime. Here you can live well and safely
Amalia is quite right when she says that living on an island is quite relaxing. My very first experience in a island it was back in 1972 in the west coast of France in Bretagne at Belle Ile -en-Mer not far from Nantes and Brest and about 15 kms from the coast (Quimper). I used to go there on short vacations camping and it was really relaxing although the island was not amazing touriscately speaking but it was wild and free.
Hey guys, you are both amazing people doing these amazing videos about Portugal . I love it , started to watch your videos. It’s a good way to show to the world what beautiful and amazing country Portugal is . My mother is from Madeira and I love t there . You should visit other places still not very popular for tourist . Madeira is not just about Funchal. Visit the north of the island like São Vicente - have a visit to the volcanic caves, have a “picado or espetada at nice restaurants by the sea like the Caravela “ is a nice place. Porto Moniz and the natural swimming pools, the Aquarium. Ponta Delgada , São Jorge , Santana and it’s beautiful typical houses . There is much more to Madeira , much to do and see . Well done you guys and keep doing what you doing , you have a natural way of doing it . Congratulations
U became my fav channel. Love my little heaven. Cant wait for December to go back for a full month!!!! Hope u guys come back to Madeira again in the future and dont forget to upload more 😅
Your portuguese is improving from vlog to vlog :) Madeira is also amazing in May each year, when they celebrate the Flower month fest. Also in Carnival and at the New Year's Eve. And this swimming pool is something....
Ola, gostei muito do vosso video ! Tambem gostei da forma como voces filmam e editam o video. Podem-me dizer que drone usam para fazer os videos ? Beijos e ate logo :)
The people of Madeira is very open and friendly with tourists, because tourism is the main source of income. So you are most welcome if you coming to visit us or if you are moving to the Island.
I have watched Amazing Vlogs on Madeira and this is definitely top 3. This hotel looks so Perfect, looking forward to experiencing Madeira with my Husband real soon 😊
Hey You guys, very nice vlog! Would you suggest Madeira in general as a place to have your honeymoon? (we like nature). And as well as the hotel you stayed in? X

If you speak to Madeirans, they will tell you that “Espada com banana” is not something that Madeirans cook at home, it was probably create by some poncey chef that sold it to tourists and foreigners as a local dish. Madeirans eat banana raw and only as a fruit! They don’t cook it as a savoury food!
My hubby is Madeiran and he just said that you must be that poncey chef! I know lots of Madeirans from Camacha, Funchal, Santana, Calheta and other towns and none of them ever heard about cooking banana until they started seeing that in restaurants for tourists in the last 30 years and now everyone is copying it!
You love it there and I envy you!!! Love it too and get surprised with the things you show us in your videos. How do you get to know about those places on Madeira??? You are showing people the uniqueness of Madeira.
@@joenandamalie Was it shot in 1080P at 50FPS or did you drop it down from 4k? Also, did you shoot at 50fps because it was so bright, to get the shutter speed you wanted? Don't you normally publish your videos at 25FPS or 24FPS? Sorry for all the questions, I am new to the video thing, even though I have been into photography for years. And when I see nice results like this vido I just have to ask the question. Cheers
Frank Pahlke - i have 32 / 16 / 8 ND filters. I shoot 4K/25p - always. I have the Mavic 2 Pro where I can go from 2.8 to 11f which means I can always expose perfectly. That was a bit more difficult on the old Mavic.
Why does it appear that no one else is visiting Madeira? You are completely alone at your hotel. Is it the time of year or did you edit everyone else out :)
Maybe for the turist its cheap to be here but we need to think about the Madeirense that have a salary of 635€ at 750€ by average, so seeing the cost for live here, that's not alot to be able to have our stuff, like a house, food, taking care of the health etc... But seeing the Madeira only for the island itself and the people from it, yes it's a very nice place and peacefull. Sorry if i was a bit rude by talking about the Madeirense life when you both just can say good things about my island. And yeah like i said looking only for the island itself you are right.

That's not true, "espada" is our "bacalhau" and we can make other recipes with espada not only with banana

What camera settings did you use, the images are so amazingly clear? Did you use a neutral density filter to get the shutter speed down?
We use ND filters yes to maintain a shutter speed twice the frame rate. And then exposure is to the right.
