Patient preparation:
• Rinse with activated charcoal to neutralize mercury and coat mouth. 💦
• Wear protective coverings to prevent skin absorption and inhalation of mercury vapors. 🛡️
• Special nose apparatus for oxygen delivery and vapor protection. 😤
Procedure precautions:
• Use of rubber dam to isolate the tooth being worked on. 🛡️
• Multiple vacuum sources to capture mercury vapors and particles. 🛡️
• Large volume suction and small vacuum under the rubber dam. 🛡️
Post-procedure care:
• Rinse with charcoal and chlorella to bind any residual mercury. 💦
• Follow a mercury detox protocol for at least three weeks post-removal. 📅
Importance of safe removal: ⚠️
• Risk of mercury migration to other parts of the body if removed unsafely. ⚠️
• Preferable to leave mercury filling intact if safe removal isn't possible. ⚠️
• Advocacy for finding a dentist trained in safe removal techniques and detox protocols. 🔎

Thank you for this critical information.
I had hoped to have some of my mercury fillings removed but one extends over three teeth. I was told that there is so little tooth left that an enormous amount of work would be necessary after the removal.
I have an extremely healthy vegan diet, no processed foods, caffeine, alcohol or other common toxins in most diets, so I pray that my diet is offsetting the harms of those mercury fillings.
