    Thank you for this critical information.
    I had hoped to have some of my mercury fillings removed but one extends over three teeth. I was told that there is so little tooth left that an enormous amount of work would be necessary after the removal.
    I have an extremely healthy vegan diet, no processed foods, caffeine, alcohol or other common toxins in most diets, so I pray that my diet is offsetting the harms of those mercury fillings.
