Dude the way you teach a simple fill and then totally sauce it up is incredible😫
Great video for me to develop my drumming reggae skills. Please show more of the bass drum pedal while playing. Thanks. One of the best videos.
.. natural ..great sound .. going to be replaying and practicing this alot ..alot! ..thanks for sharing
Damn man you so good...I've been streaming so many RUclips videos jux to get how to basically learn how to play a reggae beat and you've ticked all the boxes...I really appreciate that...You're a Wonderful Teacher....I'm gonna watch this over and over again until I play like that💪👍✌
Great stuff man love it..very controlled great tone
I’ve been listening to Reggae drummers and Stewart Copeland my whole life…while playing guitar. Just started playing the drums at home…I know the beats in my head…but getting that easy ‘swing’ feel is a struggle at the moment! Thanks for an amazing lesson that will hopefully snap me out of my expectation fear…and it will just click soon! I have a nice vintage Tama kit and vintage Pearl COB snare. Everything is set up properly. Just learning to separate my limbs and really can’t wait to swing on the hi-hat!
Thank you for the tips and splendid drumming.
Thank you for the funky chops, appreciate your matter of fact Crystal clear teaching technique, you've helped me a lot, thank you 👈😎👍🇺🇲🎶🥁🎶

I thought you did great. Awesome tips and you simplified it. Great job bro. You didn't seem nervous at all. Camera angle wasn't bad. I actually sent this to my son so he could enjoy it as much as I did. Keep it up bro. Subscribed. 👍
First time watching you; great tutorial and effortless playing. Will be checking you out more. Funny hearing you say that you’re learning the RUclips thing when you seem so natural. I’ve now got two years of your work to catchup on. Good work! 😀

Great video, one of the best drumming tutorials I've seen!
Inspired to hear you mention improving at the end of the video. Its already better than most.
One suggestion: play the beats out for one or two more measures longer. Otherwise, it was great!
Lovely playing,,if you have the rhymn it shouldn't matter what sticks ,symbols ,cowbells and moongels your using,...you just feel the beat,..like this gentleman 🎭
Oh okay, so the first fill starts on the 3 and the cybal ends the fill on the 1 ! Thank you so much ! I will try this for sure before moving on.

You're good bro ☺️
Just love the sound of your hi hats. Just wish I could play like that!!!! Subscribed!!! All the best to the growth of your channel!!!!
Darrel Viegas thank you! The hats are sabian AAX stage hats if you're interested.
Buz The Music Man thanks 😃
Lovely lessen thank you
Great job! Which one is the hit hat? Thanks!
Great lesson thanks for sharing!
benjamin hernandez 👊🏽
Wonderful job. Thank you. Can you go over slowly the roll and then the hit ? I think it was just a press roll with the right and then hit accent with the left. Also, who do you play the hi hat with your left hand ? Not cross stick over like so often we see. Thanks again.
What advice do you give about using crash on 1 in reggae (one drop especially)? If you do so, would you delete the bass on 2 in that bar to stop the basses bunching up and obstructing that usual bass flow?
Most helpful, natural vid I've come across - thank you
Hi,
Nice tuition and various sounds within your rhythms.
I noticed you mentioned you use the Sabian AAx Stage hats are they 14"?
Also I really like the sound of that crash cymbal, so what's the make, model and size?
Nice 1
You're a natural, an excellent teacher!
Diamono Andreo thanks so much
Real good bro would come back
Waiting for next tutorial...♥️♥️
Helpful!! Thanks⁴
Diggin those white drums; give me some scoop on em
hey man, you're great. i just joined a rocksteady band and im looking for all the help i can get - new to the reggae ska rocksteady genre - great work man. sub'd
Nice thank you...
what is the drum right in your front you start hitting with? 6.5x14'' Yamaha Anton Fig Signature?
NICENESS!
Thank you for this excellent video. Your snare drum really sounds like a timbale. Did you turn it in a special way for this video?
Thank you !!!
Very good video. I'm not a drummer. Just wanted to learn realistic drum fills to use in my DAW.
I would recommend a bit slower on the snare and high hat count before doing the full fill. Also a sideview angle for the camera so we can see the snare. Thanks again.
whats that clamp youre using for your cowbell on the kick??
I play left hand as well that's solid as
Хороший урок! Даже не зная языка- все понятно. Спасибо (сэнкью)
Just have fun
Thank you and for your attenbtion to detail, there's more to music than a pattern in a drum book.!
Can we get more grooves on reggae 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great Video! You have very nice reggae feeling. Could explain what technique do you use when You play this groove on hihat? It's so fast. Is it moeller technique?
cukcek I do use that technique albeit without much thought. Thank you for the kind words.
Thank you
Hi, I have been playing drums for 1 year now (reggae mainly) and my question is.... Should I learn how to play the hi hats with the left hand the way you do it? I already started playing the hats with my right hand though.
Do you play that way for any special reason? Your left hand technique is sick. Thanks for posting videos, they are all amazing.
Come back, Buz! You have a good product here! We're all waiting for you! :)
Thank you. I’m coming back. 😀
What kind of drums are those?
Oh my gosh why can't i play like them 😢😢😢 I need more videos of u boss
Sly sly there's more to come and thank you! I didn't start like this. Took years of practice. Hang in there and you'll get there.
Great playing. What kind of kit is that out of curiosity? I love the color
Bobbin' Williams Ddrum. Thank! 😊
How much foot pressure and stick contact on hat are u using to get that chick? My sound like a tick.
What's the name of that reagae song
