The icom ic 2300h could transmit within 136-174 mhz but after reset it only works within 144-147 mhz can you help?

Kung natry nio na reset at ganun parin problema maari may problema na sa CPU radio mo or try mo rin linis mga pindutan baka di gumagana.. Ty
