As someone who has just turned 50 (still can't believe that!), let me tell you that there is NOTHING wrong with being single in your 20s. If the society tells you otherwise, challenge that thought or just ignore it (easier said than done, I still remember the pressure!). Your 20s are to be enjoyed, lived to the fullest, to experiment and get to know yourself and figure out who you are. Enjoy your life, Anna, and hone your talents and skills, with occasional episodes of doing stupid things if that's what you want in the moment. You are the main character of your life and your 20s is the best time to meet her, get to know here, embrace her and start building healthy relationship with her. All the best! 💖🌺

20s is fun because everything can change so quickly! I broke up with my bf when I was 22. Fastforward 5 years I now have a fiance and two kids with him. Having kids has also changed me, an introvert, becoming more social and less anxious introvert.
I’m not telling you have to change, but just encourage that anything can happen and we just need to go through phases one by one.❤

21 is young. Go out and have fun. Go dancing, get training for a well paying career, drive a car you love, go to the beach with friends, and smile at the nice guys that seem boring, they make stable husbands.

Im almost 25 years old .and currently trying to finish my degree and find job .
It is been one year that im single .i broke up with my ex boyfriend whom i dated 2 years .and i should mention that was only relationship i have ever had .and it was very strong emotionally .
Now while realising i absolutely dont need anyone else to be happy and probably that person didnt really care about me or helped me .i will be honest i still think it is good to be in love .i would say it is wonderful because while dating nothing seemed to me as problem because i felt love.maybe im just stupid but i wanted to share how i feel

I’m 21, this year is about to end and I had a situationship at the beginning of the year but I ended it up because it was not going anywhere, during this time of the year I start thinking about all the things that could have been but that never happened, it makes me think that there is something wrong with me, this is the time of the year when everyone invites their significant others to celebrate Christmas or the end of the year, and I’m just here single as always, it makes me wish to have someone next to me because I feel happy for those friends of mine who have someone but it also makes me want a beautiful relationship, glad to know that I’m not alone❤

Being single in your 20’s is how it should be actually. You’re still finding out who you are and crafting a lifestyle for yourself and being in a relationship, while it can be good, can sometimes cause you to become a version of the other person rather than who you are and that’s not ever advisable so yeah, single, while sometimes lonely perhaps, is something that we should all strive for until we’ve grown into our adult selves, and that doesn’t happen until much later I think.
I’m 22. Never been in a relationship my hole life. For me, it’s probably one of the best things that happened to me. I focus on my selfdevelopement. I do things I love, I’m studying at college, reading stuff that interests me, learning cooking, taking care of my family, myself, my housing skills, playing a guitar, drawing, biking etc. In my teen age, I used to be depressed and felt lonely and misunderstood sitting in my room. Now I am here for myself, enjoying things on my own and I’m happy about it. I have built confidence and charm and I think thtat’s only because I’m happy. I don’t even want a gf, but it seems like I’m falling in love with someone at the moment. Don’t be focused on getting in a relationship. Let it come naturaly with someone, who has some common interests with you, who encourages you to live the best of you and do the same for that person. Once you self develop yourself and become a selfreliant adult, even if you don’t chase women, they start chasing you. Focus on improving yourself and learn what you like or what you would like to do. Don’t force yourself into a relationship, othervise u’ll end up unhappy. You have guaranteed only one thing in life. You, only you can be responsible for your personal happiness. Not your partner. Your partner should be there just to make your life even more fullfiled and enjoy good times with you. Maybe you’ll find another activities that fullfils you that does your partner. So do the same. Enjoy those activities with them and at the same time, enjoy yours. For hole life, there is only one person that will be there until the end. It’s YOU. Once you’ll find someone that likes you for being you and vice versa, you’ll know it. ❤

Treat everything in your life as if it is the best thing that could ever happen to you.
For me I’m quite unhappy. I lost what was my best friend (ex bf) who i can’t even talk to now. At the same time I also drifted apart from my closest friend who is more consumed in her own relationship than she is interested in talking or hanging with me. It sucks. Lost two best friends in the same year. The loneliness is real
I feel you .I think best thing is to accept that it is over and move on .and maybe try to not make some mistakes.i understand how you feel about loosing someone but sametime you should accept that you can't be someone if they are not dying for you (meaning they are loving you so much ). because life is short everyone deserves true love .and real feelings

I agree don’t let other hold you down just because your not with anybody don’t have that affect everyone’s time will come and some don’t I don’t understand why there is so many people creating content about their life with out a partner it’s not really a big deal and plus marriage and relationships have baggage’s on their not being satisfied while being single and then not being satisfied when being in a relationship there the same coin you have to look into yourself enjoy what life has given you be responsible in owning your truth and when you feel that you have achieved that then you can make the decision to be with someone trust me being in a relationship is not what it’s cracked out to be plus there is more struggle , more anxiety , more worry , and more emotional constraint being single for a longtime is a good thing it can allow you to be better. If you can’t fix your self , how can you be fixed by someone else.

Hi came across your video, ramdomly and love it so far. Im 21 still livin with my parents (this is normal here in my country.. an island..the majority of people of my age or even older if they are not married or sm live with their parents) Anyways never really dated guys in my adolescence. Ive been having feelings for this very guy since quite a long time now and i think that he is not into me 🤷🏽♀️ i can’t seem to get him out of my head and think about other guys or consider them as a potential partner. Whatever i think i still have time but like you said most people at this age have a boyfriend and i feel sometimes like im missing on something. I don't mean to be too intrusive...but didn't your ex go to dental school with you? If so, I hope it is a comfortable atmosphere. Take the time to focus on yourself, enjoy your independence. When you are happy, content, and thriving on your own is when you will meet someone!
Yes we are in the same year and sure things are awkward when you break up and then still have to see each other daily but we handled it pretty well and it‘s all fine now ❤️

It's normal to be single in your 20s and beyond . Don't force yourself into a relationship if you don't feel ready or just don't want to be in a one
You are not a failure if you don't fill society's criterias - marry ,have children ,be successful,have a good job .
Love can happen at any age . Don't feel guilty or left out because you aren't what society wants you to be . If you spend your life trying to please everyone you will end up exhausted and miserable .

Im cruising that singlelife on autopilot, and im in no hurry to get into a relationship anymore. Im focusing on my personal development, and if necessary, i travel alone, no matter if its hiking, going to cafes, stay over at hotels, and concerts
Im fine with being alone now, and do acitivites alone that normally is percieved as family, or couple activities.

I love almost everything but raising a puppy is challenging!! It messes up your daily routine and you constantly have to find dog sitters when you‘re busy. But I just feel so at ease having a dog, it‘s totally worth it for me 🥰
@@annaneubert 100% feel the same. My mini poodle is almost three and I promise: It does get easier 😄 Seperation Anxiety has been the worst thing for us. Everything else gets better almost by itself 😄

I'm about to be 22 and I have never been in a relationship. not cause I don't want to but I just feel like I have so many good things in my life now I never felt the need to. although sometimes I see my friends in a relationship and think is it cause I'm too ugly, fat, or just unlikeable? maybe I'm too independent I always rely on myself more than others? maybe I'm doing something wrong? I know I'm still in my early 20's and I have so much more room to grow and have character development, its just those little things that bug me sometimes. but then I think that I'm just in my healing era. I've had many childhood traumas growing up that I think has impeached on my social or empathy skills that its hard for me to feel love or give it. but idk also youre very real for that dr. pepper shot lol, love you❤
