Imo Johny beats Hawk S2 low diff because S2 Hawk lost against Sam, Demetri, and even strughled against random Miyagi-Do (he needed Stingoat help) at the end of the season.
Imo kk Johnny definitely would destroy season 5 Hawk. I get that kk Johnny has 5 years experience meanwhile Hawk has over 1 year but less than 2 years experience. I get that experience doesn't always prove superiority but in this case it does because unlike Hawk kk Johnny had raw talent where karate is concerned and raw talented people develop much faster than the untalented people. Season 5 Hawk may know more than 1 style of karate which means he would get techniques over kk Johnny but having more techniques doesn't necessarily always prove superiority either for eg. Mr. Miyagi knows 1 style of karate yet he's far superior to Daniel, Johnny and Mike Barnes who knows more than 1 style of karate. Since kk Johnny has raw talent for karate plus being far more experienced than season 5 Hawk at the same time then therefore I'm more leaning towards kk Johnny being the winner. Knowing more than 1 style of karate doesn't necessarily always gives you the edge over someone unless you are far more talented than someone. Imo Kk Johnny slams all version of Hawk. Hawk only gets IQ and techniques. Raw talent beats hardwork unless raw talent fails to work hard.

Hawk in s2 was just another punk. Johnny beats him by once again not only knowing his style but also being smart enough to not make a stupid move. Johnny beats s3 Hawk mid diff, this is when it becomes a challenge to Johnny because Hawk grew a lot in s3 but he’s still just a punk. While he makes smarter combat decisions, Johnny still knows his style and is physically stronger. Hawk in S4 beats Johnny in a tournament, but not a street fight. Hawks style now actually proves to stump Johnny as it’s more defensive. That’s why I believe he could win in a tournament. However in a street fight, Johnny doesn’t have to stop the assault after one strike. Johnnys offensive skill and strength would overpower Hawks defense and eventually he’d win. Hawk wins tourney mid diff, Johnny wins street fight high diff. S5 Hawk finally beats Johnny. All 6 of the main teens except for Dimitri, Sam and Tory would win.
