hey man , just letting you know that you probably have a problem on your product because the base is supposed to have "ridges" where you can root the cable so the base doesn't sit on the cable and make it wobbly ( it's suposed to be flush ! ) Have a great day :p

Yeah, looks like you installed it wrong. There is no way they would have the wire going across the bottom. Did you figure out how to fix it?

how bright is the white light and is it able to light up the entire room ?
