Shame to hear about the fire and the switch to this new setup. But I still crave as much of this POV cooking content as I can get haha. Love ya vids man!
Love the content , amazing work!!! Would it be possible for you to make a kitchen tour along with an explanation of how all components of the kitchen function? Thanks !
So glad you are back. I love the new set up but I miss the old kitchen with the firewood and the flames and noise that the flames made on camera. Exciting for the viewer but I am sure extremely hot for the chef. Cheers to your new kitchen and for you being back in action bro.
yup exactly. we feed the charcoal ovens once before service and it last all night. with the wood ovens we had to feed them every 30 minutes or so throughout service
I'm curious to know what the customer feedback has been. I'm guessing the flavor of the food is just not the same. OMG those wood fired carrots looked so freakin good coming out of that cast iron pan. Glad you're back at work and producing videos again. Best of luck.
After 6 months since your last video. Welcome Back. I put the video on mute at the beginning because. I started playing the song 'Welcome Back' By John Sebastian. 😁
@@flipcooks2 damn man that sucks again negligence on your bosses part. I bet he felt stupid as fuck lol I got worried for a little bit because in the beginning of this video, it seems like this new system threw everybody off, but you recovered nicely. Glad that you are back at it though. Please try to put these videos out daily if not a few times a week.
@@heythischannelnolongerexists it was negligence on the cleaning companies part. the we’re in for servicing the morning of the fire and we’re supposed to clean the chimney🤷♂️
Glad your back! New kitchen??
same kitchen different setup. we had a fire
@@flipcooks2 that sucks big time. I deeply enjoyed watching you cook on that pit. Taking the pit was mistake in my opinion.
@@flipcooks2Oh shit!! 😮 I was wondering the same thing though about the kitchen setup, Welcome back though!!!
Damn man just found your channel binged all the cooking tonight bummed they no longer are able to use the wood fire, that shit was badass.

I'm truly going to miss those pans being thrown directly on top of the fire. But this is cool too.

YES! Your finally back, been missing your videos. So glad to see your hands again😅😅

No more fire pit? That was like the center of everything in that kitchen

Yesss 🎉🎉🎉welcome back! Hope everything is going good for you 🎉🎉
Wood fire seems to be hotter faster than charcoal. Although charcoal can hold the high heat longer. If the door stays closed. LOL😊

Great video keep up the good work and Welcome back😊
Welcome back!!! I’ve been needing this content. Please make more
that’s the plan! thank you.
Won't be the same with out seeing the fire
yeah old setup is definitely missed
Does this new setup work better?
It’s more efficient as we have more cooking surface area but it’s not as fun as the old setup.
If they could make a deeper charcoal pit, it might keep the heat better since the door opens and closes a lot.
That is a really nice stove.

feedback has been great. surprisingly the flavor is still pretty similar as we use a hardwood lump style charcoal
Welcome back!

love ur content sir
Very interesting; I worked in a steak house kitchen for 5 years. Hard work, but I enjoyed it.
The old layout with all the open flames was much more exciting. LOL. But this layout is safer.❤❤❤❤❤
So who sets your menu at your restaurant? Do you as a line cook have input?
Miss the wood fire
Things really changed in the layout from the first video on this channel. Cool.❤😮😮😮
THERE BACK
What is the name of this restaurant and where is located?
in bio!
Where is this restaurant?

hell yeah.
Bro, did they get rid of the fuck in Woodfire stoves and shit what the fuck
We had a fire in the chimney from build up causing a 4 month shutdown. For insurance reason we had to go with a charcoal system.
