well to make it simple to know the difference, G20S Pro has a RF USB dongle, and G20BTS Plus the part BTS means Bluetooth only. so i would really go with G20S Pro cause it never have any disconnections and Bluetooth sometimes comes across that Bluetooth on Device you are going to connect to is sleeping and you are pressing the button few times now the Bluetooth wakes up your hitting buttons will go as a combo button key and it may bring a panic to your box.
I have the older version of this remote. The G20 from a couple of years ago. And it developed the problem of double clicking. I have 2 Chinese remotes that developed the double clicking problem within 2 years or so. SO if you buy a remote like that one, you need to be prepared to replace it each two years or so. Could even be less than 2 years.

WHY do they make them rounded underneath? it's not gonna hurt my hand if they make it squared with rounded borders. half tubes are dumb cos they do not stay put when placed on a table or sofa and you press a buttons with 1 finger.

through google playstore you can install google app, for voice, also page down and up been all covered in this video that if you are in browser you can use page up and down to move a page down and page up.
Hi. I recieved mine yesterday. and everything is all good exept the voice. it only works when I go into search and click onthe microphone icon in google play. This is on my TCL android 9 tv about 3yeas old now. any ideas? as i cant just click the voice button and talk. it just doesnt do anything.

I tried everything. the button works on G20 pro because a red light comes on. and as mentioned voice works with it but only if I click the microphone icon on the search bar. before buying to make sure if it works, grab a computer mouse and hookup to your WebOS TV and move the mouse around like how you use it on the PC, see if it works, if it works then order this remote.

Boxes, have there own code. If your code matches your android box then the power button works to turn off. Because android box power on work with IR signal only, the remote IR is not setupfor any androidbox. I did not skip anything.

Try to check your manual. Also, check, to make sure the one you purchased is same link I provided because other sellers may buy cheaper versions, less options.

When I bring up my keyboard I can't type letters in? You only demo the numbers. You must have known the letters didn't work
that is on screen keys, you should see the letters on screen there is no other away to make the keyboard work different.
It's a nice remote, but it would be even better if it had a keyboard on the other side.
Not needed, choose different remote for that. Less buttons better remote.

If the app your going to use is setup for Google voice search then yes it will work. The voice won't just work unless that app is licensed by Google.
