My account was compromised they had tried changing the email, pw, and my phone number... I got an email stating that the person was since then removed that I can log in with my email and PW but it still doesn't work.. it's asking for identity... Which I had provided.. At any rate, I seem to be permanently locked out - its been weeks. When I try to log in (I keep trying), sometimes I get the message that I have the wrong password - which I don't - but even when I ask FB to send me the option to change my password, it does not come into my email box. I've tried other methods suggested by people, like using the "Find Account Page", but nothing has worked so far. Thank you for the suggestion to log in from another computer. I'll try that next. I've had my account for years, and, I know my information is correct. Something is very wrong at Facebook.

I give you a lot of credit for helping people to go through the steps of dealing with Facebook. I have been locked out of Facebook since December 2021 and have finally found a way to get through to Meta / Facebook. When Facebook sends you a link and asks you to provide sensitive data like images of your passport for example here is where the system breaks down. The Facebook system states that your documents were not accepted. So what I did was to use Microsofts "Snipping" tool and capture the screen images off of Facebook, especially the one where Facebook wants passports, immigration cards and so on. Then I contacted McClatchy Publishing, the New York Times and our State Attorney General here in North Carolina. I then took copies of everything I provided the media outlets and my State Attorney General, placed it in an envelope and mailed it to the law firm which represents Meta / Facebook. It is very interesting how Meta / Facebook responds when they are shown that their own screen pages with this issue of being locked out of one's account are distributed. You see Facebook is a publicly traded company and the shareholders do not like seeing this sort of activity. So copy the pages off of Facebook and distribute that information to your local media outlets.

Here's the problem I keep running in to. I keep getting notifications that my comment goes against facebook guidelines and it's spam. Well when I look at the comment it's nothing I've posted. What if Facebook is locked and there is no "get started" message?
My account got logged out for authenticity issues or something related, I just thought if I tried to log in again it wouldn't be an issue but I tried so many times, the code wouldn't come to my device, I filled the forms, followed all the steps and sent my passport as required but I didn't get the reactivation code , waited months and got no reply , thankfully a colleague referred CYBERLOGICS_ and my account was recovered successfully
I was just hacked and locked out of my Facebook account! I got hacked and they changed my password and email so I cannot get back in 😭 I will try to follow your steps in hopes I can regain my account 🙏
I am also locked out of Instagram and Messenger 😭

Here's the problem I keep running in to. I keep getting notifications that my comment goes against facebook guidelines and it's spam. Well when I look at the comment it's nothing I've posted. Then a day or so later I try to get on my facebook and I get a message that my account has been locked due to security and I have to go through the security steps to unlock the account. This happens at least twice a week. I've even put the two factor authentication feature on my facebook and that doesn't seem to stop them either. That's why I think it's facebook targeting me. I know it's crazy but welcome to big tech. I post a lot of pro-law enforcement stuff and a lot of how I think Covid is nothing more than a communist take over. So that's why I think facebook has targeted me. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
