  • Vegetable Biryani
    Ingredients :
    1 Cup curds
    2 Big onion
    Mint leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Fried onions
    1 1/2 tbl spoon chilli powder
    1tbsp coriander powder
    1tbsp jeera powder
    1/2 tsp tarmaric powder
    1tbsp garam masala powder
    1tbsp biryani masala powder
    2Green Chilly
    Salt as per Taste
    Mix vegetable
    Ghee
    1tbsp fennel seeds
    1tbsp Shai jeera
    7 cloves
    5 cardamom
    2 Star anise
    1 stone flower
    1tsp pepper
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 Bay leaf
    For marination :
    Take a Bowl add curds,onion,mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, biriyani masala, green chilly and mix vegetable and give a good mix and rest it for 5 minutes.
    Take a biriyani pot add ghee then add the whole Spices and fry then add the marinated veggies cook for 7 mins after the vegetables have done take the half portion and keep it aside now even the masala add the boiled basmati rice and repeat.to garnish top it up with ghee , chopped mint and coriander leaves and yellow food colour now the veg biryani is ready to taste.
