  • Mushroom Peas Butter Masala
    Ingredients
    Butter 1tbsp
    Cinnamon stick 1
    Pepper corns 7
    Cloves 5
    Star anise 1
    Cardamom 2
    Large onion 3
    Green chilly 2
    Half cup cashew
    Large tomato 2
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Chilli powder 2tsp
    Jeera powder 1 tsp
    Garam masala powder 1tsp
    Half glass of water
    Method
    Take a Kadai add 1tsp butter when butter melt add hole spices cinnamon stick, pepper corns, cloves, Star anise, cardamom and fry then add onion green chillies cashew nuts tomato and give a mix then add water and let it cook for a while. After masala Cool down grind it to a paste. Take another kadai add butter let it melt then add cinnamon stick and cloves ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala and fry then add the ground masala and water to adjust the consistency let it boil for a while and mushroom and peas and mix well let it boil and cream and kasuri methi and give a good mix.Now the mushroom Peas Butter Masala is ready to serve.
