Thanks to our newly developed, extremely performant electric injection unit, the e-motion series is capable of producing thin-walled packaging parts with a flowpath-wallthickness ratio below 1:400 and complex geometries.
Injection speeds of up to 600 mm/s and a maximum injection pressure of 2,600 bar guarantee optimum filling of all cavities at very short fill times and injection strokes.
As a surplus, the digital assistant program “iQ motion control” automatically optimises acceleration and deceleration of the moving platen. Thus, cycle times can be reduced by more than 12% while avoiding higher load and wear on machine components.
Compared to contemporary hybrid IMMs, energy-savings of up to 30% are possible - without any compromise in output rates, part weight and part quality.
