Guys for dark hair colors I think royal blue is a perfect match! Don’t get light colors they will stain easily. Colors to not get are white,yellow,light pink,light blue,green,brown Colors to get are:royal blue,hot pink,black,silver those all make your teeth stand out
Me and my dad moved out of our home in March and literally everywhere in the house that had carpet I was finding the clear rubber bands, I had gotten colorful rubber bands before I got my braces off so I didn’t find any of those around the house😭
Same! But I remember they increased the thickness of my bands and the next time I went it, they had to undo some of the band’s effectiveness by putting them the opposite way, which was even harder to put in 😅

Hi i am really struggling with brushing my teeth with rubber band when I have braces and they are in a triangle prism so it’s hard for me to brush my teeth on both sides from left to right, And I have no other choices instead of talking them off any it’s or u suggest anything I love your videos there always helpful

I'm one of those "didn't wear my rubber bands" girlies. Why? Because I was unknowingly anaphylactic to rubber. My dentist put them in and I asked if it was normal to feel like my throat was closing, and as I was struggling to breath he was like "not really. But, you'll get used to it. Wear them everyday and I'll see you next month". Literally rushed to hospital on the drive home. Thanks bro.

I have serious beef with my orthodontists. They told me I'd have my braces on for a year- it's been three years now and I'm not supposed to get them off for months. I did everything right- wore my bands, didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to, and I only broke one bracket (they didn't replace it bc they didn't think it was necessary to). It wasn't until last month that I gave up on wearing my bands because I'd had them for ten months and they didn't seem to be doing anything. Luckily at my visit last week they told me I could stop wearing the bands for good and that I'm supposed to get them off in December, but considering that they've pushed back the date four times I'm not very hopeful. Crossing my fingers that I actually get them off now 🤞🤞

As an experienced braces holder, who had to wear these bands for a year, I can recommend using a small knitting hook, it's not easy at first, but it's really useful when you get used to it😌
I wore mine so frequently (like I’m supposed to) that it caused me to develop a severe underbite. I had sea lion rubber bands from the top canines to the bottom back molars. Now I wear bald eagle bands in the shape of a triangle from top molars, bottom canine, and then to upper canine. It’s a piece of cake getting them in! I’ve wore them so well that I get my braces off early in the winter!
I usually don't struggle to put them. It just takes a moment to put them on without looking since their positions have to change sometimes. Also, it hurts a lot when you start wearing them but you get used to it after some days. (I just went to the orthodontist yesterday to retighten my braces and it hurts like hell. I need to scratch my tongue so bad)
You get used to it over time. Just make it a game, when youre putting them on at school just idk buy urself a chips or what makes you happy but not good for braces

i had bands i few weeks ago, they aren’t that bad. i was soo relieved when i didn’t have to wear them for a while. the only things i hate abt it is that the food gets stuck in your mouth, it breaks and slingshots sometimes (happened to me in public a few times very embarrassing tbh), and sometimes i forget to wear them. but other than that most of the time i wear them and it gets easier when u put it on. so if u r planning to get braces or your getting bands, they aren’t bad, it’s just the bands can be annoying at times for me.

it actually does close your throat and airway because it recesses your tongue and jaws into your airway
thats why orthodontics is dangerous, and it can even mess up the jaw joints and cause sleep apnea and make your face ugly and unattractive.
