This is so beautiful. I always apply black eyeliner to my water line so I don't know if I would look nice with Blue. Just need to try it, thank you for the tip.
It ALWAYS looks nice to apply blue to the waterline! I use a dark navy now, rather than black, it looks great! Lighter blue like electric or cobalt doesn't make the same effect like the dark navy does, but that might just be me.

Your advice has helped me crack the code, and after 40 years of practice, I've FINALLY got it!
It's two things:
PRACTICE, and you gotta blendblendblend. Then, when you think you're done blending, blend some more, and when your arm falls off THEN you know it's finally PERFECT lol!
This look is really pretty! My eyes are tiny, so no tight-lining for me except just a tiny bit in the outer corner.
I've been using dark navy liner instead of black, and I really like it!
As I mature, I prefer not to wear brighter eye shades as much anymore and enjoy toning them down, yet still love to add that coloured lower eye look. Whether blue, red, green, etc. It never fails to impress. Yours looks great!🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨
I feel the same but find if I use a fluffier brush and sheer the colour out even brighter shades are quite wearable. Hope you don’t mind my unsolicited opinion.

To be honest it will irratates your skin eyes lid doing that a 100 times rubbing the brush on it. Its sensitive layered of skin few rub maybe will be enough.
The reason you use good quality brushes like Sigma. They are soft,so no irritation

Very nice! If possible, can you show your whole face after the eye shadow application? It would be nice to see how the look appears within the whole face, rather than only up close on the eye only.
