In fact, i think this is the only channel talking more about IE. Am now going to the university next year to do IE and I need more videos about IE in other to encourage me into the field of IE.
My daughter is coming in Industrial and she's brilliant. 4.0 student ranked 1st in a class of over 900 already has completed all calcs, both physics and chem. She wants a degree with more breadth in more areas. Some people are just attracted to Industrial and are more interested in processes and want options for careers outside of engineering as well. She's also an extroverted collaborator, so group projects are a must for her.
Hey bro, I know I'm super late to this video, and seems like to your channel, sadly. But I wanted to clear out a question: Considering my goal and passion is entrepreneurship and business, is Industrial Engineering the ideal option for me? I loved your videos in your channel and hope you come back, you explain everything perfectly! Bonus question: What do you think about the claim that industrial engineering is a business major on steroids?
eduardo santos Well at my high school it would go Algebra-> Trig->Precalc. At the college i went to, it would go Algebra -> Trig-> Calc (so it would skip pre Calc). So precalc is just there as an extra step that shows you how to apply Algebra and Trig to get ready for calculus.
I’m pretty sure you can pair any engineering’s for grad school as long as they accept you. But you may want to further look into what benefits you’ll gain from this. May help if you’re trying to go into production or something. But i don’t know a clear big advantage to having EE and IE.
Thanks for the videos. There aren't a lot of videos on youtube pertaining to Industrial Engineering. Keep it up!
I'm so sad he left RUclips
