Thank you for this info. I pressed the phone icon and let it flicker with the wifi icon flicking as well and ran the setup on my laptop. It took time to search but I tried with IP address and somehow it found the MAC address and finally worked. Thanks!

My printer keeps coming back with E36 and my phone under the printer name says “no internet connection”. I have restarted my wifi modem & router and disconnected and reconnected the printer. What do you do if, when you're trying to connect to the new WiFi network, after you've entered the new password, it stops trying to connect every single time and you get the error light (triangle with a lightning bolt in it) and it stops trying to connect?
