Awesome! That trick of using multiple flame traps at once is gonna be a real time saver. I've spent years moving the same flamer over and over, when I could've just used multiple traps!🤯🤯
😂 I mostly just do it to save time during videos tbh, I suffer and do stuff individually while I’m working on an actual build lol Appreciate you for watching! 😁🤘🏼
Hey hey again! Glad to see another awesome tutorial, and this one doesn't mean I have to start my current build again because youbtaught me to do the exact thing I was trying, but better! Which is a nice change for me XD Great vid though, and I'm kicking myself at how simple making that style of build that's just dotted around the map is with the corner staircase actually is! I wondered if you have or would consider a guide of settlement style builds (like building multi structure camps with manikins to fill the roles of the settlers we can't yet add to pretend we have a little settlement, or and specifically the outside shelters that are clearly set up for an abandoned and resettled town we can build up.) It's a tough balance to have enough going on to be cool while also covering the scale of a community feel. Any tips would be welcome friends!
Hey I appreciate you for watching and I’m glad you’ll be able to figure out a way without ripping up your camp! I’m not really sure on building a settlement style camp as the budget is very limited and here on the crash channel the motto is “build small decorate big!” So you’ll see a lot of tiny builds that are full of stuff here 😁🤙🏼
@thenabcakez yeah, i follow. I've had a lot of success with the build small decorate big mindset, I just want to do a settlement properly because I'm sure it can be. You know? I think the key is going to be knowing where to deny access to things and imply there is details inside the shells without actually having to build it all.
My Fashnaughet camp got permanently blocked a few updates ago. Been dreading rebuilding it. It was triple walled. Such a pain. I might just slap this down in its place. Looks super cozy.
Cheers mate, Moonlight is the goat! I love taking his tricks and adapting them to my own situations, it’s probably where I learned how to do the place anywhere stair post as well 😂
Great tutorial. I've been playing around with stuff like this lately. I really like the corroded concrete kit walls that came from the previous season. They are bland by themselves but they really pop if you double wall or merge junk walls into them. I have had a lot of success mixing the corroded concrete kit walls with the pine barrens set. I like the look of the logs behind the holes in the walls.
You’re most welcome, will probably have some more tutorials coming out on different ways to merge but you can find some stuff on the channel from Nux already 😁🤘🏼
Holy hell, this is an incredible build. You just got yourself a new sub and I'm about to go slap a like on the tutorials for underpins. Keep up the great work!
Double thank you for checking this one and my main channel out, what a legend 😁🤘🏼 The underpin blueprints save me so much time rather than having to go underground every time you place a foundation too low lol
Love love a small scrappy build with loads of decorating budget left over ❤❤ Your other vid with using the concrete walls for less collision saved my most recent build a few times, thank you! ❤ Finally, with the underpinning blueprint; will it place anywhere a foundation does or do you still get collision issues if there’s rocks etc in the way?
I would have to check and see if it would clip through different parts of terrain but I’ve never had an issue with it, in my other video I show that sometimes they will glow red and still be able to be placed but let me test that for you, I have a build near a cliff, I’ll get back to you soon! 🤙🏼
Thanks for the video!, you explained the power armor display merge to me in another reddit post. I used the Marine PA display and was able to set it right up to my foundation and wall. Ill definitely be following you and your new found team 👍
Ayy happy days I’m glad it worked out for you! I appreciate you checking out the video and for sure check out the other builders you won’t be disappointed 😁🤘🏼
Thank you, I appreciate you for watching and I’m really glad you found it easy to follow along, the goal is to help every builder out there to build their dream camps 😁🤙🏼
@@thearmsdealer2677people used to use mannequins hidden in walls or items to be able to display different backpacks but that absolutely chewed up your budget lol
@@thearmsdealer2677 oh it’s great tbh, a lot of people complained about it, the rest of us just found a way to make it work, pretty much like everything else in camp building 😅
You know you dont need to power the flame throwers to use them when building right? I get that its cute to have all of them turn on at once to destroy 3 walls if thats why you are doing it

I appreciate everyone for watching, I apologise for my voice sounding a bit croaky I recorded the voiceover while I was sick 😅❤️
Just so you know, you don't need the generator for the flame trap.
@@mehtarelingolien yeah I know it’s just quicker and easier for me while filming 😁🤙🏼

Yeah I feel your pain, Triple walls are super easy with the concrete kit, for a laugh I actually put 10 walls inside each other 😂
@@thenabcakez haha nice
Watching this video blew my mind. You make everything look so easy. 😂

Some really useful tips, especially the underpinning and the moonlight roof floor use. Look forward to more of this

I’m glad people have started to mess around with them some more, they look great when you blend them with other walls and decorative objects 🤙🏼
Just learning how to merge. Thanks for the last part, that helped alot

Really neat build. I can never make a scrapy build look right. This is right on it. Will be using some ideas.
Sometimes my comments don’t register so I’m gonna try again lol, I would love to see what you come up with! 🤙🏼
I’ll be using that backpack idea for my next build

Thanks guys!!🩷🩷
