50g. DK cotton yarn in the main color
25g. DK cotton yarn for each pink and dark pink
3.5 mm hook
Scissors
Needle
Measurements
Length and width 27cm x 27 cm 10.5’’

I wouldn’t recommend this for a beginner, but you can always give it a go and see if you can do this granny square, as everything else is pretty much easy!

I’m stuck at the beginning of the border. At the place where you are above the 3 treble stitches do I skip a stitch and work into the stitch above the middle treble stitch?

What kind of wool did you use please?
Guys it turned out cute but it is way to small if you want it bigger use a bigger yarn or add more raws to the granny squares
I have measurements in description now, but you can definetely make it bigger using thicker yarn, or even by making extra granny square row 🫶
Mine became so small 😂 but still cute tho.......will make it a sling bag instead of tote 🫶

How can I make the bag bigger ? I’m not sure how much squares to add
Search google or pinterest to see how many granny squares to make and what layout it has to be to make it bigger, there are loads of examples in various sizes🫶
How many rolls of yarn have you made?

You could just use thicker yarn so your granny squares can turn out bigger
You can see pinterest for layouts in making it bigger as well!

Go with the one your yarn recommends as it is thicker than the one I used! Your granny squares will be bigger as well as the bag tho

Its 50g in main colour for background, 25g in any other colour and 25 for third colour, and thats for whole bag not one square!🫶

How many stitches you have for round before doing petals?
I keep ending up with 21 stitches before but for the magic circle I am doing 11 so I don’t really understand why it keeps happening
