    I have been youtube tutorials since I started crocheting because reading patterns just makes no sense to me. Watching you crochet with the pattern written at the bottom has made it finally start to make sense!! Awesome video love the way you go through everything step by step. Super clear and nice to watch.

    Ilearned to crochet about three weeks ago, and I didn't understand a lot of tutorials, but then I thought what the hell, maybe I'll give this one a try. I didn't think I could make granny squares without getting frustrated or losing my place until I found this one. Thank you so much!!!

    cute granny square, i love this! 💖
    im making this now, but i have a question. do you use invisible joint on this granny square in your headband videos? or you just weaving the ends?
    *btw sorry my english is kinda bad 🤧

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  6 месяцев назад +1

      hey, i used an invisible joint for the flower headband too, but it's optional, i remember just having time to make the invisible join, because i like how i don't have to deal with counting stitches and hiding the knot

    • @jeamisvu4917
      @jeamisvu4917 6 месяцев назад

      i just finished all the granny squares and tried invisible joint. it looks better now lol. thanks for the tutorial! ✨

    Is there a way to make the same flower but in a round shape?? :)

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  Год назад +2

      Yes, the 4th row would be different though, you'd need to figure it out, but I'd recommend trying making on the highest point of the petal a sc and then make higher stitches gradually (hdc, dc, edc, tr..) until the slip stitch, and then symmetrically make stitches that will decrease in height until the highest point of the other petal
      Good luck 🌻

    Hi, for some reason I keep getting five petals instead of four, is there anything I can do to prevent that from happening again? Also thank you so much for the tutorial it’s one of the most easiest to follow along that I’ve seen !!

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  11 месяцев назад

      Hi! I'd recommend to just count the stitches you made in the end of each row so that you won't have to frog it and redo it all over again 🤍

  • @nele3527
    @nele3527 Год назад

    Hey! For some reason i always end up with one stitch missing after the fourth petal, so i would have to slip stitch into the first petal…? Is that correct because it looks different in your video 🙁 i really don‘t know where i went wrong…

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  Год назад +2

      Hey!
      Try counting if you made 2nd row correctly, it should be 24 hdc, and then in the 3rd row you should only skip 1 stitch and in the end you should make a sl st into the first stitch of the 3rd row which is a dc, so if you meant you had to slip stitch into the first petal meaning into the double crochet stitch then you are doing it correctly 🤍

    Hii, how do I make the squares bigger?

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  Год назад +3

      You can use thicker yarn with bigger hook size or/and make another row of dc for example but in the corners make tr, ch1, tr

  • @avamanalo342

    Hii how can i make the granny square smaller? I wanna make the headband but its too big for my head hehe…… can u make a pattern for a smaller version? Tyyy

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  9 месяцев назад

      Heyy
      You can use smaller hook size and thinner yarn that will match it to make this headband smaller 💕

    • @daylahanh
      @daylahanh  7 месяцев назад

      Bạn có thể dùng sợi to hơn và kim to hơn hoặc là móc thêm 1 hàng nha, thí dụ cả hàng làm dc và ở 4 góc làm (2dc, ch2, 2 dc) chẳng hạn
