- This week video is a sensitive subject and has a lot of stigma when it comes to it. We are NOT claiming to know it ALL, because is not a straightforward fixing solution. Unlike physical illness you can’t see mental health on your body, It happens in your brain, so people around you don’t see any *Damage*. However It's safe to say that everyone (including us two) at some point of our lives has experience a mental breakdown and that's okay because we are all humans and that's allowed!
We hope the message in this video and US sharing our own experience helps one or two people knowing they are NOT alone.

I’m crying right now, is not because I am sad, it is more of a relieved. I am really in a dark place and trying to figure things out. At this point i have given up. I have come across your video from another video I was watching, something made me click on your video and I am so happy I did. Grant your most welcome, keeping it 💯 with our supporters is vital. Otherwise there's no point of posting videos, without sharing our real life experience of what we've gone through. All the best talking to your other half and hope she understands where your coming from after showing her this video. When things gets too much and you feel u can't handle it, take five (take time out and remove yourself from the situation or place) by doing this it gives you time to think clearly and what do next.
