Giovanni THE PREDATOR Boxes are purely random, gameplay also has a low drop rate but be on the look out for Batman events in the Multiverse, these guarantee epic drops for a character.

Do some Multiverse or use the Gear Bias augment on the character you want. You must have a lvl30 character for the augments
