Looking back at this there is so much more carbs there than what I can tolerate personally now and everyone is so different. Nuts have fibre, which is also great for diabetes. Sometimes if you eat the protein first and the carb after, it helps. You seem like you’re doing well with it! ❤

I must do a more up to date video though ... You will be fine once you get your head around it...with gestational diabetes as the pregnancy progresses hormones change with effect tolerance to foods and things... It's crazy xx
Hi Sam don't do too much Sam try and rest j know it's hard to do with the kids and little lad I loved your video you should of put a tiny bit of oil in the frying pan and then but your eggs in the pan oh you've not got that long before you have baby girl itdoesnt seem that long ago since you said millie was starting school and you didn't know what to do with your day well you've had little man and now awaiting the arrival of little lady ive never had diabetes hopefully yours will go when you have little lady love to you all love fran ❤xxxxx ❤

I had gestational diabetes with last two started on Metformin then insulin it really is eating what we can tolerate as you said i love your honesty when hunger was on me was hard work crave sugary things you need them sometimes to stop hypos my last baby was 8.2 a month early try your best to carry some of your habbits afterwards ive got type 2 now thank you for sharing doesn't seem 5 minutes a go when lucas was born take care sam love to your family 😊❤
I'm the same, im 28+3 and coffee is my go to drink, I rarely drink water. I try and gulp some in morning and before I eat so I'm getting some but think this baby is coming out addicted to nescafe 🤣
So interesting Sam my daughter had gestational in both her pregnancies, she’s now been told it’s become full on, I’ve been told I’m borderline. This will definitely help people ❤

Oh bless you I had this through my pregnancy it’s awful o now have been diagnosed with gallstones ever since giving birth so I pray you don’t end up in the same Boat it’s awful the hospital have put me on a diet and I’ve lost just over 2 stone since November when I first got diagnosed so fingers crossed for you xx

@@grablifebythehauls3902 well I’ll be honest I got the hospital call last week thinking I was having my Surgery this month and they’ve cancelled it now and have told me it won’t be until December so I’m absolutely gutted xx
Hi Sam l don't have diabetes but Jack does he is on tablet for it but l see that he only taken one Metaformin 2 times a day but you take 2 twice a day it must be different strength he is also on something that when he take it it take the sugar out when he goes to the toilet but it means that he will be going a lot he seems ok with it but it's hard to tell him you can't have sweet stuff but he still does .l know if it was me l would definitely miss my chocolate l have got such a sweet tooth. Hi sam I just wanted to know how do you measure your sugar? How long before and after you eat? And also do you do it first thing and at night?

What would we do without our "Liquid Motivation" (coffee)???
