How to connect external hard drive to Android Phone | Connecting External Drives to Smartphones

I'll show you how to connect an external hard drive to an Android phone in this video. You only need to buy an OTG connector and an external drive (WD External Hard Drive in this case), which you should format in NTFS.
This way, you don't have to go through a computer to move or copy the videos and pictures you take. You can do it right on the drive.

There are other ways to do it.. I mean why don't you just format the hard drive exfat and you don't have to mess with all this? Lol. Exfat will read/write on damn near everything

And where do you put the files saved in the Hdrive? Whats the point of saving files into it then reformat eventually, i dont get it.
