    Don't forget, brush for 2 minutes!! My dentist gave me a little hourglass timer so that I can know how long I'm brushing for! I have a water pic and floss as well! I'm going to go brush, floss and rinse right now! I used to be really bad at doing that, but I have been doing so much better! I haven't had a cavity in years!
    Is it ok to use a whitening agent once a week? I didn't do it every day because I knew how abrasive it was on the teeth but doing it once a week brightened my smile while keeping my teeth strong! Thanks for the video! 😁
