Pritty sure the B in the auris hybrid is to "save" the foot-break .. Youll get some engine break for dem hills.. ( dont need friktion to gain energi, youll get it as soon you lay of the gas..)
I have the 2016 and I love the car. You just gotta be lucky to have a friendly dealer in your city which unfortunately wasn't the case with me. I test drove many cars and bought the one from those who had the worst customer dealing skills.
Previous model is nicer. This now is complete disaster. It is really ugly. And it is really slow. If you dont care about fuel consumption, buy Opel Astra. Even old 2005 model is better than this.

At 5:14 the dials are analogue. How come, or better said, what car where you actually driving?

Toyota is way better than any German car... If you buy Astra, you're gonna spend a lot of time in the mechanics shop!
