Powerful word. So often we pray to God that He might stop the storm so we can peace again, but I think God wants us to trust him in the storm and tell us that we can have peace in the storm. It just depends on where we looking at, the waves or Jesus.

It's so beautiful to hear people opening their hearts and speak about the trials they go through in every day life, things that sometimes are not usually spoken because it may not seem 'so spiritual', but are present in life. Blessings Agree with you.. Now they only preach prosperity gospel. For the reason that we live in a world of sin we also suffer the consequences of that, but with the promise of Jesus that we would have peace in the midst of the storm. Jesus is faithful!❤️

13 When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. 14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent’s reach. 15 Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. 16 But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. 17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring-those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.

IF THE WORST THING YOU'VE EVER BEEN THROUGH IS YOUR SISTER HAVING A MISCARRIAGE YOU ARE A SPOILED BRAT. IF THAT MADE YOU QUESTION YOUR FAITH, WHY ARE YOU EVEN A WORSHIP LEADER.
Honestly, this comment is uncalled for. How do you know if that is the worst thing she had ever experienced? She said "one of the most painful". You haven't lived her life or walked in her shoes. Pain is different for everyone.
I know I am the type of person who is numb to the struggles that are handed to me daily, but when it comes to a loved one I cant handle it. I have 3 little sisters and if anything happened to them, it would destroy me. Seeing a sibling in pain is devastating.
Her sister had a stillborn baby. Kari was also pregnant at the time.
I think that this is perhaps a little unique kind of struggles, but there are ladies that this will be speaking to. I think that it is just the immensity of pain that she went through. By the sound of it, it was a deep emotional pain that she was experiencing, regardless the circumstances.
I'm sorry for what you have been through. Jesus is full of love and comfort for his people. Read through Isaiah, especially chapters 40, 53, etc. If your heart is hard towards the troubles of others, you may have never surrendered your own heart to healing from the King of Kings. He suffered unimaginable things and yet he cares even for the sparrow that falls to the Earth. Go to him and be real with him. Let him change you and give you a heart that is soft. It's not something that any of us have on our own. God bless your journey @glacier8
I used to say the same thing when listening to other people’s testimony, thinking what they’re saying is ridiculous. But not everyone is like me, everyone’s faith is put to the test differently, not everyone has the same history. The testimony wasn’t for you or me either really but I’m sure other people received an encouraging word from the Lord through this. And be careful when speaking about someone and the ministry they have, she’s where she is because the Lord has her there, not because of her voice is pretty. I did the same thing once and was knocked off my high horse. God Bless you! Jesus is coming soon! Aleluya!
