    “No Swinging, No Momentum”
    Immediately starts using hips and front delta for barbell curls 😂
    Same thing with the preacher curls…
    “Not using my back or any swinging”
    Throws on too heavy of a load and uses momentum, back, and front delts 😂.
    Just stating facts, nice workout, crazy arms.

      Hes curling decently heavy though. Hes doing 135 with good form for reps with barbell curls. 115 preacher curls after doing a few tough exercises, so id say hes going decently heavy for the from hes using. Id say standard weight or more based on the size of his biceps.

      @@AZ-gs6hj I see that you’re a man of small faith. I have actually never taken steroids or any muscle enhancement drug and I don’t even plan to. Just because you can’t fathom ever achieving a physique like this naturally doesn’t mean it’s not possible. I did it. Took almost 10 years, but I did it. Volume & heavy weight is how I was able to. Maybe you should broaden your horizons and give it a try. Trust me, if I was on steroids, I wouldn’t be making tutorials and “How to’s” on RUclips because I hate the sight of that, too. People trying to say that you can get to a certain size or look a certain way by doing this and that when they’re leaving out the fact that they’re pumping steroids through their bodies. False advertisement. I’m not for it. You can believe me or not. I really don’t care. Just thought I’d hit you with some facts

I’ve seen you train with guys who publicly admit their gear use and these guys have been training just as long as you and yet you look better naturally? Cmon man. Obviously steroids doing affect you psychologically because you and Mike o Hearn have this issue where you have this fear or the need to lie to your audience to gain respect. Nobody thinks of you any less for being on gear when 99% of people at zoo culture on gear.
