Its full time Heart Trust skills and trade programs be implemented in all the high schools across the island, so the children who are not academic sauvy could learn a skill or trade while in high school. Leaving with there Heart certificate which is something valuable at home and abroad.

This hurricane will cut significantly into their profits and they can't have that. So prepare for the 100% - 150% estimated bills.
