@nl59 Cool, I'm thinking about getting a bell but I'm stuck between the 6" Zil Bel and the Meinl High bell. I like the dry sound of the Meinl bell but I also like the ping of the Zil Bel.

@MisterChubbyBunny You would thinkthat it's a 9.5 zilbel but meinl just released an 8" m-series bell that competes with the 9.5
He's endorsed by meinl so that has to be it.

@somethingorange Yeah thats what my brother keeps telling me and I've heard it doesn't cut through well but, I don't like the 9.5 because it is alot lower in pitch and price is definitely a factor

@MisterChubbyBunny It sounds totally different when played on a big stage, I use one as well, in practice it just makes a much lower noise, only really pings when recorded or played live lol
