1/2 kg baingan
2 cup yogurt (500 g)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
1 medium size onion
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 whole red chilies
4 tbsp oil

I have made this recipe and it was awesome.
