What an inventive little design! Lovely when you 'walk in' and see all is provided for living on that level. And surprise! there is downstairs sleeping zone. That was a fun surprise. This design delivers everything you need and then some! Very Creative!
I really like these split level designs that neatly separate the public and private areas of the house while still being easier for those of reduced mobility to get around than if there were the traditional two floors. Unless you're in a wheelchair or need a walker going up or down three or four steps is quite manageable.

It's a very nice house, i like most of your designs, great living areas etc, but I'm a real believer in the saying, "best bang for your buck." So when I see that one half of the house has been built up it confuses me, because I have to ask the question, why? That will just make the whole house more expensive to build and less accessible to the disabled and elderly, not to mention tedious to go up and down stairs between the living areas and the bedrooms. It's a one-story home, the raised half is superfluous, unless you had a basement underneath, now if you raised it up higher you could have an entire extra floor of space to use for bedrooms a garage etc.
