i have incotance for 2 years i was getting a good supply of your new bags my odsp worker change my supply to a diffrent company ontario medical supply witch change my urine bags to stright tubbing and as you say these kink and cause the catthder to fall off i ask the suppler to change these bags to anti kink ones but they keep sending these old product bags

Products from this company are outstanding. I use them. But this video is terrible. I'm not interested in looking at the demonstrator. The products should laid flat with a camera view that is exclusively on the product. Voice-over and hand demonstrations can be done this way so that they are more easily seen by the prospective wearer.

The one with the plastic clip sucks as a design, because that plastic fatigues and you end up leaking all over yourself because it doesn't clamp tight enough on the hose.
