if your doing enchantment industry you can duplicate books, then you can combine them for higher level enchantments. so even if you got swift sneak 1, you can get it to level 3 without worry and with hyper enchantment, you can probably get level 4!
Trains actually do have something to do with vineyards, along with other industrial sized farms/plantations they would have narrow gauge railroads that would help move things around the plantations some wineries actually had tank cars with multiple different sections for different type of wine, rather than having one cap on the top of the car they would have multiple for each compartment of the car
You should use storage drawers less for item transportation, I'm pretty sure that they for some reason cause more lag than mechanical crafters. You could try using create ender transmission instead of belts if they are too annoying.
I've been having fun making a trainline in my school's server, and a trainyard is a must. I also have my rail machine and train casing generator on the neighboring barge, so everything is running while I make a train. I used weighted ejectors to cross over the train instead of a bridge.

A friend of mine wanted to make a Minecraft club, and so he got some of the e-sports team and me involved as well as the e-sports coach, and we got both a bedrock and a java server going, with the Java server modded. I have a perfect name for your little narrow gauge engine "Little Emerald", because emeralds are connected to villagers and they are living in villages and are spawned often in plains biome were your train depot is at so makes a bigger great explanation for the name "Little Emerald"

Right click the front of the boiler on your locomotive with a wrench! It will turn the texture into the front of a locomotive and hide the pipes!

Belts create 10x more lag than the storage drawers! I use them mainly for the lag efficency

I've used weighted ejectors in the past to cross train tracks it's a great method!
