He contributed towards his building renovations like installing brand new AC unit, grease trap, impact fees and towards TI $. he didn't invest in BMB but we are blessed with an incredible landlord who helped contributing toward his building renovations that helped us immensely.

Their saving grace is the franchise model and a great brand name. The bread on those burgers looks sloppy, that's why he is able to sell at a low price.
