+THE PUNISHER Military base is not yet discovered as rockstar actually added it them selfs. But sandy shores and Trevor's house there is called a black Dead Sea or something in real life. It's actually abandoned area nobody lives there.
Sadly most of the buildings on GTA 5 are no longer in Los Angeles County due to gentrification (basically to get of rid lower income families and some would say they do to get of certain racial groups which sometimes is true). Like the Pacific Sands Motel (3:13) which was demolished and replaced with a new higher end hotel called the Shore Hotel. Also "The Standard Hotel" (4:23) on Hollywood Sunset Blvd is now being renovated as the property was sold and they are planning to change the name of it.
My friend caught a guy trying to meet a kid at the pier last month, as soon as I saw the background in the catch, I was like “yooo I’m playing the game now and around the beach” 🤣🤣 nice video bro

With the same kind of vibe, music, etc. I just have really enjoyed this video for so long and I really miss this era of RUclips with the nostalgic music. No. Rockstar had to cram as many notable sites into as little space as possible. Although GTAV is a large world it's not even close to being a reduced scale of Los Angeles.

They really need to suburban it up on Los santos because there don't look like there are nearly enough houses for all the supposed 4 million people that are supposed to live there. They need at least 6 to 12 more mirror parks worth of middle class midcentury ranches for a more realistic city
