There's a saying, At the end of the day, we're always where we want to be, you have your freedom, you're not strapped in a relationship you hate, you answer to no one, you do your own thing, loneliness is relative, you can be lonely in a room full of people, when we look at our lives, it doesn't look great on paper, your life obviously suits you, which makes you a winner.. You do your own thing and you have the heart of a child which is rare, be you, if you wanted a different life you would have it, as you could do anything you want.. Jason, a lot of people have those things you are feeling guilty for not having and regret it all. If there’s something you truly want for yourself that you feel is missing just take small steps to get there, but if you like the life you have then just enjoy it. PS finding your channel came at a bad time in my life but has done a lot to help me not feel so alone. Hoping your fans and friends can dp the same for you. ❤️
JASONNNN...... i feel your pain (dollstothewall_nyc here from IG). i'm 42 stylist that is now on hold dude to covid. I never finished college and bounced from job to job for decades, some how staying afloat in nyc for 15 years and now here i am living in CT with nothing to show for it (I don't even want to know how much money i've spent on dolls/toys). Every year the work force gets younger and younger and we get older and older. I've always felt models it hard in the sense that you are your own product and rejection can feel personal. I don't know you well, but i love following you and the contribution you make to our community . thanks for your honesty, you made me feel like i am not alone :)
I was just thinking yesterday that I wish we could see ourselves through other people's eyes instead of our own judgemental and criticizing eyes. I think we would all be brought to tears by how much more valued, beautiful and amazing we appear to others. It's never too late to have the life you want. The best is yet to come and I don't believe the best times in life are wasted on our youth....you just never know what could be right around the corner. If you keep telling the same story then it will never change so start visualizing what it is you DO want! Every morning we get to push the rest button. 💖💖💖

It's okay Jason; family and career are overrated and are for people who have no dreams or individuality. At least you follow your dreams and didn't just "settle down" for what is considered the "norm".
You may not be rich but it's great that you make enough money. And a family does not necessarily consist of a spouse and children; we are your family.

There are always things we wish we had done or things we should have started a long time ago or we wish we would have started earlier, but it's never to late for anything. It's moving forward and doing whatever makes you happy and keep your soul healthy and tranquil. Love both of your channels.

You could have my family. They would make you feel sane and sooo much better about yourself! I have never seen someone eat so fast. There is nothing wrong with you. You don’t need a car or a house. Those are just more expenses and effort. As far as kids go, you wouldn’t want to share your toys anyway. But for love 💕, you have the love of your adoring fans. You’re not worthless! I have to set my guacamole aside to tell you how relatable this is! I also live a non conventional life and when I see that I'm different from other people, sometimes I feel insecure about my choices. But I don't want to confuse that issue with the embarrassment I feel for not living up to my potential. I have faults like being lazy, which I could work on overcoming if I wasn't so lazy. But I am who I am. In the end, we all make choices actively and through omission. But I think it's impt to verify that being dissatisfied with things in our lives is a true complaint and not based on comparison. Maybe it's less about being a hedonistic piece of shit and more about feeding yourself the things you crave, as an individual animal. You wouldn't feed seeds to a lion and beef to a songbird. Maybe it's about self acceptance? I think this kind of self reflection goes hand in hand with the aging process, at least for considerate people. We wonder about what will become of us and wonder about what could have been, esp if we aren't distracted by superficial noise. I don't know the answers but loved hearing your thoughts. BTW, the stuff I don't need is the only stuff I'd grab in a fire and gym bodies are not optimal because they look artificially obtained! 😁

Hi Jason 😃. So many thoughts about what u said. I don't think u should have to live your life by other people's expecting. I am not going to say u r right or wrong about not having a family or career. U live your life the way u based on what would make u happy. I used to think I was too old to play with toys, but it is calming activity. I started watching your channel. I felt like I wasn't strange wanting to collect dolls and etc. U have helped a lot of people with your channel. I don't know if I would eat egg salad, guacamole, and pork rinds together in a meal. I enjoy those foods separately. U r way too down on your self. U look awesome & very fit compared to most guys. So if u met a woman & she had kids would be a deal breaker? Enjoyed the video. Just be u & don't apologize for it.

Okay first off you have a house that's something to show! Second do you want friends? Do you want family? Are you happy doing what you do? Don't let Society make you feel like a loser! There is no one path for anyone to follow at any age everyone's life is different and everyone enjoys a different you don't need to multiply to be a success! Gyms are overrated anyway! You have to actually be somewhat social there I mean yeah you don't talk to anyone but you're still there with other people sweating all over themselves and grunting! Oh dear if you are thinking that about yourself, I should jump out of a building or bridge, I can relate, getting older I would be happy to swap bodies with you and hair and face 🙈 I too have no friends my last longest relationship was 10 years ago and lasted 2.5 years no kids , ( I have 10 popsicles chances of them) no car, my family moved in with me so no space for me or the toys, do a job I'm ok at but dont particularly enjoy and spending more on toys than myself, but through and through life can be shit what we make of it, its what's important, some of us simply prod along life, just be you I think you are doing much more than you think, and whatever u are not happy with do small changes! People telling you you're not a failure won't make you believe it unless you believe it within yourself. It's all relative and depends on individual points of view. I wouldn't waste my time watching someone i thought was a 'failure', but then I don't judge success according to society's current standards. ~ One thing I'm wondering about and I hope you won't mind me asking, but well, you put it out there, so I'll ask anyway, you said after your ex partner left you, she had a baby nine months later; so, was this yours then? Or was she seeing someone else when she was still with you:? Again, none of my business and obviously you don't have to answer, but nine months...well, I was bound to wonder.
I looked at your first video posted years ago (and the early ones on your Toy channel) and you look younger now than you did then. I don't know what your secret is to that, but maybe the love of toys keeps you looking so young.

Honestly, it sounds like everything in life has been generally easy for you. I’m not saying any of this to be mean, I’m saying it to be objective. It sounds like you’ve never really had to struggle and made enough to get by and so you just coasted by. As for your age, I’m guessing I’m older than you. 😜 Then there’s your health...dude, your food looks delicious, but it’s fried pork skin, mayo, and avocados...that’s copious amounts of fat, which isn’t gonna help your overall health. Lastly, why do you care what people think about your looks or body? I could care less what people think about my looks or body...main thing I love me (come on, you should’ve learned that from AbsolutelyBlake! Hehe). Trust me, it could be worse, you could be a gay Asian man who’s almost 50, who dropped out of his doctorate program, has been single for 17 of the last 20 years, and lives on a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, aka Hawai’i. 😜
PS - the lemon also reduces the oxidation rate of the avocado which prevents it from turning brown too. 😁 You’d love the avocados, mangoes, pineapples, lychee, etc. in Hawai’i...everything is sweeter and juicier here...and the colours are so much more vibrant.
my low carb high fat diet is over. now it seems to be high carb plant based only??? Hawai’i is hands down the best place on earth! if i were american that is where i would live.
