Been out of the game and really busy lately and haven't done any workouts since before the applause video came out! I just did everything between this video and that one and feel GREAT. Your videos really make working out FUN!!
So I just started working out again. Decided to dance for 20 minutes of your videos. Lost track and danced for 27 minutes. Never have I ever lost track of the time during my other cardio. So much fun!!!! Thank you💕

Just done dancing to this..the cross shoulder out shoulder move when doing it on fast mode was the trickiest and I got mixed up a lot but after doing it more my body knew what to do and I just let it flow 😂😂...think I am at 90% of nailing this , the hand workout is really doing something for me tho cs they arent used to beibg streched out like that so yeah ..this dance vid is a good for hand exercise
