    Hello, everyone!
    Do you like figs? When I first ate figs, I thought, “Wow? What does this taste like?”
    But I kept thinking about it. Now I like figs. What a charming fruit!
    They are especially charming and versatile when made into jam!
    I highly recommend fig jam. And I even made fig tarts.
    The cream cheese tart recipe can be applied to other fruits, so try it anytime! (It's also really delicious when made with raspberries or strawberries)
    Ingredients (8 tarts)
    ✔Fig jam
    800g Fresh figs
    200g Granulated sugar
    20g honey (not recommended for chestnut honey)
    15g lemon juice
    ✔Pate Sucre
    70g unsalted butter
    40g Powdered sugar
    1g salt
    25g egg
    130g cake flour
    20g almond powder
    15g white chocolate (Compound)
    2g oil
    ✔Cream cheese filling
    70g cream cheese
    180g heavy cream
    28g granulated sugar
    8g lemon juice
    Topping for Fresh fig & roasted pistachio
    ✔Refrigerate, tarts are best on the day they are made! ✔Bake in a preheated oven at 338℉ for 10 minutes, remove the pressing stone, and bake for 8-10 more minutes
