I am fortunate to have associated with one molecule development of SGLT -2 ,26 years back !!! The molecule in its nascent stage was sold to a multinational company for further pre clinical trials and development.
To prevent fungal prophylactic is initiated but why not an antibiotic as prophylactic as well?!😇
