should not, acceleration speed can be controlled in the settings. But in case it is unlocked to 30, better not to change, otherwise you should unlock again

yes, it should not work for D version, there are 2 options for you - order stlink and unlock it or replace the main board to the global unlock version. Both options require dismantling the scooter and loosing the warranty, so do it on your own risk

you can try to update, but 1.4.12 is same as 1.4.15 in terms of unlock, same logic. On 1.4.8 you could change the serial, now you dont

you can`t, only change the serial, which is not available in the latest firmware version. Just enjoy 32km/h :)
