But he was with her when he found out Adrian was pregnant, so he should have told her as soon as he found out. I could see how at least Amy heard about Adrian being pregnant from ben and not from someone else, but at least when Amy got pregnant when she and Ricky had sex they didn't have sex to get back at anyone unlike ben and Adrian. I think after a while it was obvious that Amy and ben just weren't meant to be and were better off just being friends.

If anyone has read the novel You (or seen the show), I always thought the actor who played Ben here would make a phenomenal Joe. Don't get me wrong Penn Badgley is an exceptional actor, but there's something about Ben that just screams 'Joe.' I feel like you have to have read the novel to understand because novel Joe is more creepy and weird than show Joe. Do yourself a favor and read the book and watch the show, then you'll get what I mean (or maybe you already do).

Idk why in later episodes Ben just expected Amy to forgive him and be his friend after finding out Adrian was pregnant with his baby. Knowing that the circumstances with Amy being pregnant by Ricky were completely different. Amy and Ricky had sex on a wim and it in turn resulted into a child. Amy didn’t even know Ben when her and Ricky had sex. Adrian and Ben had revenge sex because Amy and been broke up and ricky and Adrian broke up to they came together for revenge and it backfired.
So them having sex was okay. They used proper protection, they had a pre- existing relationship (friendship). Both took complete responsibility for their actions that night. Which means they were in a better situation. I mean Ricky didn't give 2 shots about Amy, he didn't even care if he had a disease. He only knew she was clean. He by admission, & reputation coerced her. So how was their experience worse??? In all honesty their reason for sleeping together was better since they did it with agreement and full knowledge. YOU SHOULD HAVE BLAMED RICKY!!! He forced Ben to get back with Amy, because he seemed worried Ben and Adrian were coming together. Which said a lot about his real feelings for Amy considering that was the most opportune time try and start a relationship with Amy since both Amy/Ben, and Ricky/Adrian were all broken up. I'm the one who uploaded this scene and I think you might be reading a little too much into it. I didn't purposely not upload other scenes where Ricky is painted in a bad light. I personally found these scenes humorous. As for your friend's videos that were taken down, I agree and I think anyone who goes out of their way to get a video taken down because it looks bad for Ricky/Amy is pathetic. There wasn't anything Amy asked of Ricky and he didn't do. Amy never appreciated either guy. She was spoiled and selfish in both relationships, but Ricky deserved that situation, and got the reward. As for Ben Dylan was better to him than Amy, and that was a stretch.
Andreaes1 Oh gosh, I think both guys were whipped with Amy lol. I think that Ben was great in terms of respecting what Amy's wishes and wanted to take care of her. But he kind of lost my sympathy when he was angry about the Ramy "practice" kiss. Not only were they not together when this happened but Ben was the one who ended things with Amy for Maria. And he was sneaking around kissing her while they were still together because he couldn't work up the nerve to break up with her. And then of course yes there's Ricky, who kissed a girl and slept with another girl which I wasn't happy about but in all fairness they were only talking about being exclusive and Amy was aware that he may not want to just sleep with her. But it's clear that both guys have been morons and Amy could be a huge bitch. Like I said I do still enjoy Amy and Ben but the writers fucked them up for me by making him sleep with Adrian for Ramy sex at bandcamp, an event that took place before they even met. I think had that entire thing not have happened, I would probably be a strong Ben/Amy shipper today. With Ricky and Amy, I definitely don't look at them as this flawless relationship that was sooo perfect. I was not happy with how fast they kissed in one episode and I was even angrier in the episode where Ricky spends the night and was being a total jackass that wouldn't answer any of Amy's questions. It was a flawed relationship for sure.
No offense, but there is no such thing as "PRACTICE KISSING YOUR BABY'S DADDY" if that were right, then Ben was just "HAVING PRACTICE SEX WITH ADRIAN". Also Ricky slept with 2 WOMEN. KARLEE & HAYLEE, he if it were no big deal he wouldn't have lied about it, or promised Amy he wouldn't sleep with someone else when he returned. He knew that Amy would never agree to be with him if he told her. Remember Amy was wrong in being with Ricky in the first place considering she called her sister and made a promise with her that neither would go after Ricky because he wasn't right for them. It was the only time I saw their sisterly bond come back. Then lost again. I never really enjoyed Ben with Amy. He was overly into her, and she was way too dis-honest. He said I love you, but she "SAID IT BACK WHILE HIDING THE PREGNANCY". You can't love someone and keep a secret like that.

If anyone has read the novel You (or seen the show), I always thought the actor who played Ben here would make a phenomenal Joe. Don't get me wrong Penn Badgley is an exceptional actor, but there's something about Ben that just screams 'Joe.' I feel like you have to have read the novel to understand because novel Joe is more creepy and weird than show Joe. Do yourself a favor and read the book and watch the show, then you'll get what I mean (or maybe you already do).

Ben stood with Amy when she was having another guys baby but Amy couldn't stand with him when he was having a baby with another girl. I like Ben and Adrian more than Ben and Amy. Stick with Adrian she's smarter and better looking.

Actually that was done as fan service to RAMY FANS becuz u hated Ben was more interesting than Ricky Amy or RAMY. All Amy can do is whine about being a teen mom and get pregnant. She can't even please a partner as stated by Ricky, and possibly Ben in a non-union wrap up. Ricky all he dies us whine about being molested, look pretty, problems for couples, and families. Create useless drama, cry like a sissified bitch and have sex.

Idk why in later episodes Ben just expected Amy to forgive him and be his friend after finding out Adrian was pregnant with his baby. Knowing that the circumstances with Amy being pregnant by Ricky were completely different. Amy and Ricky had sex on a wim and it in turn resulted into a child. Amy didn’t even know Ben when her and Ricky had sex. Adrian and Ben had revenge sex because Amy and been broke up and ricky and Adrian broke up to they came together for revenge and it backfired.
So them having sex was okay. They used proper protection, they had a pre- existing relationship (friendship). Both took complete responsibility for their actions that night. Which means they were in a better situation. I mean Ricky didn't give 2 shots about Amy, he didn't even care if he had a disease. He only knew she was clean. He by admission, & reputation coerced her. So how was their experience worse??? In all honesty their reason for sleeping together was better since they did it with agreement and full knowledge. Where both Amy and Ricky reasons are murky.😮😮😮😮

YOU SHOULD HAVE BLAMED RICKY!!! He forced Ben to get back with Amy, because he seemed worried Ben and Adrian were coming together. Which said a lot about his real feelings for Amy considering that was the most opportune time try and start a relationship with Amy since both Amy/Ben, and Ricky/Adrian were all broken up. Which is why he went after Amy in the first place, to get back at them from having a baby together.
In real life, Amy would be miserable with Ricky. Ricky would likely turn to drugs and alcohol, cheating on her. They'd have arguments that would turn violent, their kids would be in and out of foster care. So yeah, that would be karma.

You know I have to ask why is this here but not the scene where Amy asked Ricky "NOT TO SLEEP WITH ANYONE WHEN HE GOT BACK FROM NEW YORK" and "HE SLEPT WITH KARLEE & HAYLEE". Or the scene where "RICKY DOESN"T CLAIM JOHN AT THE ABORTION CLINIC". Where is the scene where "BEN FORCES AMY TO CALL RICKY TO SEE HIS SON BE BORN". All of Ben's good scenes are gone, but all of Ricky's bad scenes are missing. A friend of mine said she uploaded one and someone had it taken down saying it was MALICIOUS CONTENT. I'm the one who uploaded this scene and I think you might be reading a little too much into it. I didn't purposely not upload other scenes where Ricky is painted in a bad light. I personally found these scenes humorous. As for your friend's videos that were taken down, I agree and I think anyone who goes out of their way to get a video taken down because it looks bad for Ricky/Amy is pathetic. I am not a typical Ramy fan, I actually loved Ben and Amy through out season 1. I think Ben was a great guy for Amy at the time but Ricky became the guy Amy needed after Ben. But that is all just my opinion.
I agree, but I never thought Ricky was the guy Amy needed. I thought Jimmy was better for her than both. Ben had a tendency to call Amy on all of her crap, but he was WAAAAAAY TO FORGIVING. I never thought he should forgive someone who kept so many secrets from him, and never even tried to explain herself. I think he had a right to hack her e-diary the man needed answers to questions she would never give, and eh would never ask. As for Ricky, he was her BITCH. There wasn't anything Amy asked of Ricky and he didn't do. Amy never appreciated either guy. She was spoiled and selfish in both relationships, but Ricky deserved that situation, and got the reward. As for Ben Dylan was better to him than Amy, and that was a stretch.
Andreaes1 Oh gosh, I think both guys were whipped with Amy lol. I think that Ben was great in terms of respecting what Amy's wishes and wanted to take care of her. But he kind of lost my sympathy when he was angry about the Ramy "practice" kiss. Not only were they not together when this happened but Ben was the one who ended things with Amy for Maria. And he was sneaking around kissing her while they were still together because he couldn't work up the nerve to break up with her.
And then of course yes there's Ricky, who kissed a girl and slept with another girl which I wasn't happy about but in all fairness they were only talking about being exclusive and Amy was aware that he may not want to just sleep with her. But it's clear that both guys have been morons and Amy could be a huge bitch. Like I said I do still enjoy Amy and Ben but the writers fucked them up for me by making him sleep with Adrian for Ramy sex at bandcamp, an event that took place before they even met. I think had that entire thing not have happened, I would probably be a strong Ben/Amy shipper today.
With Ricky and Amy, I definitely don't look at them as this flawless relationship that was sooo perfect. I was not happy with how fast they kissed in one episode and I was even angrier in the episode where Ricky spends the night and was being a total jackass that wouldn't answer any of Amy's questions. It was a flawed relationship for sure.
No offense, but there is no such thing as "PRACTICE KISSING YOUR BABY'S DADDY" if that were right, then Ben was just "HAVING PRACTICE SEX WITH ADRIAN". Also Ricky slept with 2 WOMEN. KARLEE & HAYLEE, he if it were no big deal he wouldn't have lied about it, or promised Amy he wouldn't sleep with someone else when he returned. He knew that Amy would never agree to be with him if he told her. Remember Amy was wrong in being with Ricky in the first place considering she called her sister and made a promise with her that neither would go after Ricky because he wasn't right for them. It was the only time I saw their sisterly bond come back. Then lost again. I never really enjoyed Ben with Amy. He was overly into her, and she was way too dis-honest. He said I love you, but she "SAID IT BACK WHILE HIDING THE PREGNANCY". You can't love someone and keep a secret like that.
